My goal from your first inquiry to the day of the session is to make things fun and relaxed. I will ensure all the details are taken care of. Let's chat about whether you want in home or in studio photo. We can go over special items you have and what colors you like best.

The Newborn Session Experience

I'LL BE YOUR PERSONAL GUIDE

All newborn sessions are baby led. If we need to stop to feed baby, change baby, sooth baby then we pause to do that. If we have siblings that need a minute we just go with the flow and ensure everyone is as content and relaxed as possible.

THROUGH EVERY MOMENT

After your session I get a preview photo or 2 to you in about 3 business days. Your final gallery is up in approximately 4 weeks. You choose your favorite photos and choose the collection of photos that suit you best.

Send me a message through the contact form and let's chat about your session. Who all will be at the session, do you have a session type in mind? How your pregnancy is going or how the new little one is doing? Whatever your vision is, I want to know it all! I'll respond within 1-2 business days and we can start planning the next steps!

Once we have chatted about your wants for your session, it's time to get you scheduled into my calendar. I will send you a proposal for your session as well as your client agreement, once those are signed and your $100 retainer is paid you are offically booked in.

Once you are booked in my calendar, we will start planning your session.
We will go over what your priorities are for the session, what your goals are, and what matters the most.

Lifestyle sessions are done in your home, studio sessions are of course in my studio in Mission, and then there is the option of an in home studio style session. We go over which works best for you, then colours for props and wraps and any other little details you may want.

It's time for your session!
I either arrive and set up or you get to arrive to the studio which is already for you. The session is baby led and we just take our time, pause as needed for feedings or cuddles. I want you to relax and enjoy the session.

Yay! Your session is done and your gallery is ready. You can expect your fully edited gallery to be available 4 weeks after your session. You will receive an emailed link and from there you can view and choose all your favorite photos. Once you selected the photos you love you can download them based on your original collection choice or choose a different collection you would like to purchase.

1. Studio Newborn Session

The simplicity and beauty of your home and newest arrival are captured in a loving and beautiful way, while staying in the comfort of your home. All of your own special decor items are used and the experience captures baby in a more true to the life you live kind of way.

2. Lifestyle Newborn Session

Sessions StaRt at $400

Wanting to enjoy the posed cuteness of your little on and family in a studio style way without leaving your home. I will bring the studio to you. With this session you can leave it as is, or do both lifestyle and studio posed photos.

3. In home Studio Style Session

We hired Michelle to be our wedding photographer, and we couldn't have made a better decision. Not only did she take her time to really get to know us and make us comfortable, but she was able to guide us through the chaos of getting married and getting all the appropriate photos. She really went above and beyond and we are so in love with our wedding photos. We WILL be using Michelle again for any future events we have or if our family grows.
